My hubby Doug and I are both full time realtors and are also "Certified Short Sale Professionals" which has allowed us o truly help Sellers and Buyers. We have even been able to help other realtors who don't understand the process. It can be VERY complicated to accomplish the "approved short sale" price with the bank(s) and keeping the Sellers at peace during the time it takes is equally complicated. But I have been selling primarily residential real estate since 2002 here in central Florida and have been able to continue a practice of being tops in the "customer service satisfaction" for all our clients. We lived in Lake Mary/Longwood and Seminole County is where we are known the most and we also sell and list quite a bit in Orlando, Sorrento, Debary and Deltona too! As partners in real estate, we have the ability to back each other up quite well:) I moved here from DC with my family and consider myself a relocation expert also since I had to move my two teen daughters at the time and needed great schools and location, location, location! I have owned since I was 20 years old and have always enjoyed ownership of my own home rather than renting. I love helping first time buyers since I was so young when I first bought. I understand their fears, hesitations and questions but ultimately end up getting them a great home for a great price in a good resale area. It is very important to buy in an area that makes sense all around. I keep it stable instead of all emotional. I am huge on customer service and my biggest source of customers is now referrals from past customers. I think this is the highest compliment I can be paid. In fact for the last 3 years I have been voted in the top 7% of realtors for customer service and am very proud of that accomplishment!
